I was looking for a good umbrella that won't fall apart and inverted like everyone else on the streets. So this is it, this is the wind resistance, automatic open & close, it is compact when closed yet open to big enough for two persons unimpeachable umbrella!!!

When this umbrella came, i opened it up and (snap ) one of the inside parts broke. I was not able to use it, so I had to send it back.

and the arms bent and the canopy ripped. I purchased this umbrella mainly for its size, so I tolerated the fact that in the occasionally NYC downpour, the fact that the canopy is actually two pieces meant that try as I might a rivulet would occasionally slip through. If it inverted like it did today via wind gust, and I could reverse it back like I have previous cheaper umbrellas, I could probably let that go happening if it did that rarely as well, but it alas, it's broke broke.
