I ordered this despite the mixed reviews. My head bounces on this pillow when I lay down. Moving against the pillow makes for a similar bounce. I can't use the pillow except to prop up my feet. Several reviews mentioned a chemical smell. I ran mine thru the drier and the smell is minimal at most and doesn't bother me. Still looking for a good pillow.

We just bought these pillows, and I can't say enough good things about them! I was interested at first by all the little holes in the pillow that help keep the air moving and keep you cooler. When we got the pillows( Queen High Loft Plush), right out of the box they feel pretty squishy so I was a little worried. I like proper support. True test was the first sleep...Holy Moly was I amazed. I woke up and DID NOT want to lift my head off this pillow:) My neck has not been stiff and I've not gotten hot at all! I am a stomach sleeper, but tend to roll around quite a bit. It is the perfect combination of support and squish for all sleep positions. I did let the pillows air out for a few days. They have a little smell to them since they are latex, but not bad. By the time I got the cover on it, and then the pillowcase, I can't smell a thing!
I could not be happier with my pillows, and it was totally worth the money spent!!!
